To manage my violin studio I use an online management system called "My Music Staff" to help simplify billing and communicate studio related activities.
 
The benefits to parents and students include:
• Hassle free online payments using a credit card. All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. 
• Logging into your account at any time online to view payment history and current account status.
• Automated lesson reminders;
• Live calendar for upcoming rehearsals, holidays and recitals.

 

To be invited to My Music Staff, I will send you an invitation to the student portal via e-mail.   
 
All that is required on your end is to enter your name, email address and to create a password. 

Once you have set up your account on My Music Staff, the calendar will be populated with your agreed lesson times, after which your invoice will be generated. 
 
Please note that My Music Staff will only be used for invoicing, scheduling of lessons, calendar events and holidays.
